You enter the parade from the gate 50 meters from the hotel, and you find yourself there in front of a huge whale or a traveling castle, they throw confetti at you, they target you with streamers, you smile, it's taking you...

You hear a roar, you get scared, calm down there are three cannon shots that decree the start of the parade .

A whirlwind of colours, music, confetti and streamers, pure fun and joy , which will make children, teenagers, parents and grandparents happy. A month of local festivals, theater reviews, gastronomic events, masked balls and sporting events.

Thousands of people dressed up in celebration are on the seaside avenues to rejoice and have fun and they will invite you to do it with them. You don't believe it now, but you'll see you'll end up dancing..

Frequently asked questions about Carnival 2025

We have free cancellation, you can book and cancel later at least 7 days in advance without penalty .

If you want we can purchase carnival tickets for you to avoid queues at the box office or purchase commissions if you buy them from the official website. Adult €22 reduced (from 1.21 meters in height to under 14 years of age) €16.5 children under 120 cm they don't pay. We will purchase cumulative tickets. (We will ask for a small deposit which will be returned when the entry slip is returned.) You will find them in the hotel, you will not have to send money . It is a service for our customers. It saves you from having to advance the money to purchase the ticket. You can use them or buy them yourself.

We are outside the circuit to access you need to buy tickets and we can buy them for you, but you are freer in your movements , the closest access to the parade is 100 meters away, you can go on foot.

The hotel does not have private parking but tickets for public parking spaces cannot be reserved at the daily rate of €8.00 (zone B) until sold out. We will help you and advise you where to find parking . Click here to follow our parking advice
 

We advise you to reach Viareggio by train, we are only 13 minutes from the station, the entrance to the carnival is a 2 minute walk away, restaurants and parties can be reached with a short walk in an Art Nouveau setting. You help us respect the environment and you won't have to waste time looking for parking.

We will not offer full board or half board, we only sell room and breakfast, however you will have numerous possibilities to find restaurants, pizzerias and street food in the immediate vicinity even on foot.
